Free Shipping to the Domestic 48 States is by UPS Ground to street addresses only.  Delivery is between 1-5 business days. If you require express delivery, be aware that Overnight is about $45 extra, and 2 Day Service is about $25 extra for single wind chimes. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and often shipped the same day as received. Holiday seasons may experience higher turnaround times. Once your order has been shipped you will receive email notification of the UPS tracking number via UPS Quantum View.
