- My wind chimes carry a 30 day 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason, return them in original condition in the original box and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Nonreturnable and nonrefundable are: wind chimes with custom engraving, custom tuned wind chimes, wind chimes damaged from neglect or intent, wind chimes modified by the customer, CDs, accessories, engraving, gift wrapping, greeting cards, double boxing, express and priority charges, and tips. Gift certificates, sale items, and discount items are also nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
- Return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact me first for authorization and return shipping address.
- Wind chimes must be returned, with insurance for full coverage, in the original shipping box, packing materials, and arrangement (pull the pendulum assembly outside of the tubes, lay the tubes flat upon the bubble wrap inside the box, place top plate and pendulum parts on top of the tubes, place remaining bubble wrap over the top, close box and tape securely) or there will be a $15 restocking fee.
- If the package was lost or damaged in transit to you (or back to me), an investigation will be opened with the shipper, pending a claim. There can be no settlement with you, until there is a settlement with the shipping company. This process can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. I sincerely apoligize for any convenience this causes, but i guarantee this rarely happens. And UPS almost always pays the full cost.
- Total returns for last year was 3 or 4 wind chimes, due to considerations of size and loudness both hi and low. There was 1 missing, and UPS paid for that.
