For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for order processing and/or marketing purposes.

Newsletters are emailed occasionally during the year with special promotions and product updates. If you do not wish to receive further newsletters an option to unsubscribe is provided with the newsletter.

What information do we collect? Every time the order form is filled out, our database records the customer's name, address, phone number, email address, and products ordered. Credit card numbers are not retained. Tracking cookies are not used.

How do we collect the information? This information is collected primarily from the secure and encrypted order form.

How do we use the information? The information is used to process and fulfill the orders. It may also be used in market, sales, and product analysis, as well as email newsletters and promotions. The information is never shared or sold.

What control does the customer have over their personal information? At anytime, a customer may request to be removed from the mailing list (unsubscribe here), and may also request to have their account profile removed.

How do we protect the information? The information that the customer enters on our order form is encrypted and stored on a secure server. The owner of the site has access only to the customer account profiles.
