To order from this website follow these steps:
- Select a wind chime from the category tabs at the top of the Products page or at the bottom of any page. Or choose from the Song menu at the top of every page.
- Select Add to Cart on the desired Product pages.
- Continue Shopping until you have added all you desire to the Cart. Then proceed to Checkout.
- At Checkout, fill out the form, add the options you want, choose the Payment method and enter the payment information.
- Verify the contents of your Cart and your information before you Submit.
- Errors may occur from incorrect addresses, incorrect credit card information, Auto Fill, and Cart content being removed.
- Confirm, verify, confirm. Look left, right, left. An extra minute can save a lot of grief later.
- Once your submission is approved, you will receive an automated email with the invoice.
- Your products will usually ship within a couple of days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- You should receive a notice from the shipper with the tracking information. These are also automated.
- If you do not receive these notices, it is probably because of the Spam configuration for your Inbox, so check your Spam box. You can also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts list to make sure our notices are not rejected.
