• The wind chimes that I produce are engineered and constructed to weather and withstand the harsh outdoor elements for many many years.
• If at any time a wind chime falls and breaks in a storm, or a cord wears out many years later, you may send your wind chime in for repair.
• I replace all parts, but the tubes, with the latest design as soon as I receive them, and return the repaired wind chimes immediately (there may be a delay in high volume seasons).
• Please contact me (4agoodchime@sbcglobal.net) for the shipping address and enclose a check for $20 to cover shipping and handling back to you.
• Replacements for missing tubes are $5 each.
• I do not repair other brand wind chimes.
